Rules
- Take a photo of your pet on a treated wood deck, dock, porch, steps, picnic table or anything built from treated wood.
- Multiple entries are permitted. The photo must be in its original state and cannot be altered in any way. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.
- All participants must be a resident of the United States.
- Email photo(s) to marketing@viance.net.
What you need to know
- The cutest winner will receive a $500 Amazon Gift Card.
- The winner will be selected on Friday, January 5, 2024 and notified by email. If there is no response received after three business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize. All decisions are final.
- Participants will be notified by email with the photo of the winner and also posted on our website, treatedwood.com.
- The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- A complete release of all social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn by each entrant as the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the above or any other social media platforms.
- Sending your photo gives us permission to use your photo on our website, social media, marketing and advertising materials.
The Viance marketing team will select a number of cute photos to post on our website and post on our social media throughout the holiday season. Viance reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
